TSG Building Services plc is delighted to announce that we have been award the Really Smart House Project in Southend. The Really Smart House seeks to assist East of England SME’s to take advantage of Green business opportunities in the building and construction sector.
The project that has been awarded to TSG will see the company retro-fit a range of carbon reducing interventions to 11 properties in Southend-on Sea with the aim of reducing carbon emissions by 40%. These properties are a mixture of terraced houses, flats and bungalows. For this project TSG will be installing the following renewable technologies;
- Air Source Heat Pump
- Solar PV
- Solar Thermal
- Solar PVT (Hybrid)

Gas Servicing, Repairs and Boiler Replacements Contract Award with A2Dominion |

TSG Building Services are delighted to announce the re-award of the gas servicing, repairs and boiler replacement contract with A2Dominion. The contract, which covers the South of England, is for 7,701 domestic gas fired properties. The works are for a further 10 year period until 2022 with a value of £8.4 Million. Adam Thrussell, TSG’s Commercial Director commented “This contract award demonstrates the continued growth of the company within the sector and underlines the excellent service and partnership working that has been provided to date”. |

Installation of Heat Monitors |

We have approved installation engineers installing heat monitors for BRE on behalf of DECC. These monitors are being installed as a result of our Air Source Heat Pump projects with A2Dominion, North Hertfordshire Homes and Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust. |

TSG proudly sponsor Bassingbourn Youth Football Club; a local Hertfordshire based club. Bassingbourn remain unbeaten this year and lead the table by 5 points. They are top of the Royston Crow Under 14 Division 3 League and are looking for promotion this year. They have scored more goals and conceded less than anybody else.
We wish them success for the rest of the year.
