TSG Building Services plc look after the boiler and electrical servicing, maintenance and breakdown cover of over 70,000 properties. Our state of the art contact centre handled over 127,000 calls last year. We employ 30 full time staff and are open 24 hours a day for 365 days of the year.
The contact centre has a bespoke built IT system to book services and manage CP12 certificates. This has enabled us to achieve 99.7% CP12 compliance across all the properties we cover.
All of our vehicles are installed with the latest tracking technology enabling us to find the nearest available engineer to deal with your breakdown or emergency as quickly and effectively as possible.
