Our 4 core values or HEROs as we like to call them reflect who we are and how we achieve our purpose.
Honesty has a simple definition; the act of being honest. ... Honesty in a company is as valuable as honesty in a person. It is important to be able to have trust and respect in a company that you deal with. Working honestly ensures that.
Honesty at TSG is the quality, condition and characteristic of being fair, truthful and morally upright. It involves telling the truth at all times, even if it doesn't benefit you.
By being honest we drive the original ethos of Enhancing our Reputation.
Excellence is what you strive for when you believe in what you are doing and that the value of what you do warrants the persistent commitment to its betterment. Persistence is the twin sister of excellence. One is a matter of quality; the other, a matter of time.
Excellence at TSG reflects our unyielding passion and unfaltering commitment to strive for the best solution and customer experience to our customers. Excellence is the main driver to achieving goals efficiently and effectively, and to unleashing our potentials and stretching our limits
By striving for excellence (an original ethos of the company), we drive the original ethos of customer satisfaction/ enhancing our reputation
A good reputation comes from having a clear set of core values that guide your decision making, employment decisions, and the way you conduct business. Core values are a handful of guiding principles you strongly believe in and practice. ... Complacency is the enemy to a good reputation.
TSG are committed to delivering what we promise and staying true to our word. We strive to provide extraordinary service while meeting the needs of our customers. We approach each job with an honest, hardworking attitude that is built on the rich foundation laid down by our founding family. Our reputation will harbour high levels of integrity, which is what happens when no one is watching and our team is committed to doing the right thing every time.
Opportunity is one of the most important core values businesses can have. Large corporations and small businesses alike must make sure all employees not only feel respected, valued, and welcome, but also that they are in an organisation that encourages opportunities for innovative thinking; progression and a company which prioritises inclusion and respect diversity driving equal opportunities to all and create a safe work environment for their diverse workforce.
TSG will take reasonable steps to provide a work environment in which all employees are treated with respect and dignity driving equal opportunities policy. TSG will drive opportunities to drive internal developmental and growth opportunities for staff, along with harbouring a entrepreneurial culture in which staff have a strong vision of what they want to achieve, and they aren't afraid to face the risks. There is no clear set of rules or suggestions on how to do it, yet entrepreneurs trust themselves when it comes to decision making and searching for the most entrepreneurial way in delivering outcomes.
