We have an exciting position available for a Business Administrator Apprentice, to work for a multi disciplined building services and construction company, based at our office in Cambridge. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with good organisational skills, who is confident in meeting new people and dealing with customers. In return, you will gain a wealth of experience dealing with customers and clients as well gaining experience in an office environment and earning while you are learning. In order to gain all experience required for completion of the portfolio, it may involve working in our Head Office in Potters Bar. Travel expenses will be paid. To assist and maintain specific service and maintenance contracts within the contact centre. You will be required to manage a small team of administrators and work closely with your Contracts Manager(s) . The job holder will provide support where needed within the internal teams ensuring tasks are carried out as per the KPIs and SLA requirments. Contract and Operational Duties:- 1.
