With overall responsibility of Commercial Installation contracts within TSG, the job holder will need to ensure these contracts run as smoothly and effectively as possible whilst maintaining maximum profitability. The job holder will support, manage and lead the installation teams in order to harness a good working environment that encourages teamwork, energy and creativity towards the achievement of TSG's business objectives. You will work with top management to develop strategic business plans and operational budgets which you will control and implement accordingly. The job holder will also work collaboratively with the Company's clients on both operational and financial issues ensuring that our contracts are commercially viable and cost-effective. Experienced lead breakdown engineer with a solid background required, needs to work well in a team to motivate and lead others in the right direction and have experience on social housing, excellent fault diagnosis on wiring and all types of heating system. This role is a working supervisor position and not office based. Supervisors are required to carry out engineer duties also.
