Corporate & Social Responsibility

TSG has been providing apprenticeship opportunities for over 35 years. This programme has been very successful and is something that we are fully committed to. While older engineers bring a wealth of experience to the business, we like to have apprentices who are trained specifically in our corporate culture and ways of working. In addition this approach helps bridge the skills gap that exists in the industry.

TSG Building Services plc has a proven track record in providing sustainable training programmes and apprenticeship opportunities. Our apprenticeship programme has been operational for over 35 years and has received a number of awards from The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CHENEL) for our "outstanding contribution and commitment to apprenticeships" with the college.

A number of apprentices have been awarded individual Plumbing Apprentice of the Year Awards, whilst at college and we have seen a number of apprentices shortlisted as National Apprentices of the Year.

John Holloway (FIoD) - TSG's Renewables Director was appointed as a non-executive Director for National Skills Academy for Environmental Technologies and he is also on The Employers forum at Bedford College and has served on the Summit Skills Committee for Mechanical Services and Renewable Technologies.

I can honestly state that the quality of the works was outstanding, as was the management of the contract from both the head office and onsite site staff. TSG also have excellent Tenant Liaison Staff who dealt effectively and efficiently with resident's questions and concerns during the whole process.
