TSG are delighted to announced we have been awarded London Borough of Hillingdon's domestic gas heating installations and system upgrades contract. The contract will be delivered over a 4 year period to approximately 200 properties per year.
The award of this contract follows on from the recent announcement of being awarded the highly prestigious Domestic Heating Contractor of 2020 at the H&V News awards and cements our position as a leading heating installation contractor.

TSG have been accepted to bid for competitions as they arise to deliver works and services across East Anglia over the eight year term under the following lots; Lot 1: General Building. - Lot 5: Other Specialist Works.

TSG have been awarded a place on London Borough of Tower Hamlets Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to deliver Housing (new build housing including flats and houses for social and mixed tenure occupation), Regeneration and General Building Works.
The DPS will cover a 10 year period and is accessible to other council's in London who sign up to the agreement.

TSG have been awarded a new commercial heating contract with Salvation Army Housing Association at Edward Alsop Court in Westminster. As part of the contract TSG will replace all existing gas boilers, calorifiers, heating and hot water controls and cylinders in the plant room. New flue and pipework will be installed along with associated builders work. Edward Alsop Court is an 80 bed hostel across 4 floors and will remain occupied throughout the project.
TSG are delighted to announce we have awarded a place on Peabody & Notting Hill Genesis Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to deliver responsive repairs and specialist works services, which includes day to day plumbing and electrical works to heating installations and K&B refurbishments. The DPS will be open to other social housing providers, with contractors required to "bid" for jobs flowing from the social housing provider.

TSG are delighted to announce the award of a prestigious design and build contract with Dartford Borough Council to deliver their new build housing programme at Milton Road, Mead Crescent, Keary Road and Gilbert Close. The new homes, will be a mixture of houses and flats and include all associated external works, roads, infrastructure and landscaping.

TSG have been awarded two new contracts with Royal Borough of Greenwich for the replacement of communal heating, hot and cold-water services and all associated works. The works will be delivered across 3 sites, located at Jervis Court, Woodville Court and Woodland Grove, SE10. The works will be delivered over a 5 month period and covers the following works: installation of new equipment and pipework in the plant room, works to each individual property including HIU, radiators and pipework.

TSG appointed to Reading Borough Council framework agreement for boilers and gas central heating contract. The works will cover an initial 3 year period, with the option of extending for a further 2 years.
TSG are part of the Fusion21 framework for domestic installation works, we have been awarded boiler installation and system upgrade works for Salvation Army Housing Association. The contract will be undertaken to 50 properties across the East of England, London and South East.
TSG awarded Ealing Council (London Borough of Ealing) boiler replacement contract at Villiers High School. The works will include the removal of the existing services and supplying, installing and commissioning of new gas fired condensing combination boiler, flues, all pipework and associated, electrical works and controls. The works are due to start in July, with a completion date of August 2020.

TSG can announce that we have been listed on NICEIC Competent Person Electrical website for Landlords in the Private Rented Sector; enabling Landlords to search for registered electrical contractors to undertake EICR in England. This new legislation, introduced by the UK Government from 1st June, requires landlords to have electrical safety checks to be undertaken. TSG's NICEIC certification number is 013399000. TSG were very professional in their approach throughout the heating replacement works project at Torridon House. The contract and site management team maintained excellent communication with our residents and received high satisfaction results. The operatives were respectful when working inside properties and went above and beyond in a number of instances. They were all very polite and reliable.

Working with the school, TSG staff will attend a careers fair, open to all John Collet students, discussing Gas Heating, Renewable Technologies, Electrical and Quantity Surveyor (Construction) Apprenticeships. TSG will engage with students with information leaflets and discussions about the heating, renewable electrical and construction industry and the guidance that TSG will provide during the apprenticeship, which includes the opportunity to practice their skills at our in-house training centre TSG Academy.

We offer apprenticeships to help reduce the skills gap that currently exists in the industry and to train, support and mentor young people”.

Just to say how grateful we are to the young man, who came out today and was very thorough and helpful. We had no heating, hot water for three weeks, but this young man did a fantastic job and made sure we understood everything. He is an asset to your company.
