We are delighted to announce we have been awarded a new contract with London Borough of Enfield, which the works comprise of the Commercial Boiler Plant Room Refurbishments at Bramley House, Dean House and Durrants Lodge which will be carried out over a four-month period, starting January 2022.
Christmas is nearly upon us and TSG were thrilled to donate a beautiful Christmas tree to our client Stoll and their residents, as a part of our ongoing community work through our Corporate Social Responsibility.

ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
ISO 14001:2015 is the principal management system standard which specifies the requirements for the formulation and maintenance of an Environmental Management System. This helps to control our environmental aspects, reduce impacts and ensure legal compliance.

We are delighted to announced we have been awarded Cambs Home Improvement Agency K&B contract for adaptations to K&B generally funded through Disabled Facilities Grants. The works are a joint service operated by Cambridge City Council; South Cambridgeshire District Council and Huntingdonshire District Council
The works will be delivered for an initial 2 years, with the option to extend on a 1 + 1 basis.

TSG can confirm we have been successfully shortlisted to join the South East Consortium framework for Responsive Repairs, Voids & planned maintenance works. The framework will run for 5 years and will cover plumbing &heating; electrical installations' general builders works; fire alarms; fire doors; CCTV and roofing
SEC is a consortium of 43 social landlords who manage around 437,000 properties in the South East of England.
TSG are delighted to announce we have been awarded City of London Corporation Repair and Maintenance of Gas and Mechanical Appliances. The works will be delivered to both domestic and commercial heating systems, will also include planned and reactive installations of domestic heating. The contract is for a 3 year period, with the option of a 2 year extension, was awarded through the prestigious Fusion21 "Heating and Renewables Framework"

TSG are delighted to announce the award of new contract with City of London for the replacement of Cold Water Distribution Systems totalling 5 blocks across 2 locations in E1 and N7.
The works comprise of new cold-water services throughout the blocks. Locations include the water tank plant room and each floor level to install new cold-water booster sets, water tanks and all distribution pipework.
At the E1 site, works will be undertaken to 234 flats. With works set to be delivered to 243 flats at the N7 site.

The one main insight from all the ladies of why they wanted to be in the industry, is how resilient the construction world has been throughout the pandemic and how they all felt they could thrive in trade with the right opportunity and willingness to learn.

TSG are delighted to announce the award of a Design and Construction contract with Hertsmere Borough Council. The works comprises the development of 6 new build dwellings and a church building at St John's Church in Radlett. Works including site preparation, mains drainage and utility installations and upgrading the existing junction with main road.
Last Thursday was a momentous day here at TSG, as we said our farewells to the legend that is John, Renewables Director.
John has worked for our TSG family for over 46 years, and what an remarkable journey it's been. John's knowledge, work ethic, skills and loyalty to the company is something to be admired, and his professionalism and rapport with people is something we will all miss.

Constructionline is a leading UK procurement and supply chain management service, which reviews and accredits company systems and competencies. To achieve Gold membership TSG completed an extended and verified pre-qualification questionnaire that goes beyond PAS91 and our health and safety standards meet the criteria of Constructionline's Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP). In addition, quality management, environmental management, equal opportunities, modern slavery act adherence and corruption policies are assessed.
TSG are delighted to announce we have been successfully awarded a solar PV installation contract under the Green Homes Grant scheme working with E.ON UK as the delivery partner.
The works were awarded under phase 1b of the GHG scheme and will be delivered in the London boroughs of Barking, Dagenham and Redbridge.
The Green Homes Grant is a government backed scheme to support homeowners pay for energy saving improvements for their homes by installing measures such as wall insulation, solar panels and air source heat pumps. This is to improve the warmth of homes, reduce energy bills and help the UK achieve its targets of zero-carbon by 2050.
TSG are a TrustMark registered installer and E.ON UK only use contractors who hold this accreditation, which provides reassurance that end users are getting the very best service.

TSG are pleased to announce the award of a new project with Tower Hamlets Community Housing to Claremont Court in Bethnal Green. Works to be delivered during this contract include: remedial works to the heating pipework and electrical services; re-insulating the heating main; removal of redundant services; and supply and fit new heat meters to the 6th floor pipework located within the 5th floor riser.

We have been awarded a place on two regional lots: London and Home Counties and Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Both lots have a project value of up to £10m.

TSG are delighted to announce we have been awarded a 4 year domestic heating contract with Settle Housing Group. The works were subject to mini competition under the CHIC (Central Housing Investment Consortium) "All Under One Roof DPS". Works will be delivered to 600 homes per annum and will be a mixture of "boiler only" and "Boilers and Heating System" to differing fuel types.
As we have recently been awarded the highly prestigious "Domestic Heating Contractor of 2020" at the annual H&V News Awards, this award further cements TSG's position as one of the leading domestic heating installers in the South East and East of England.

Exciting times ahead with some amazing collaborative work planned for 2021.
TSG have been awarded a place on the new 4 year Fusion21 Workplace and Facilities Framework, worth over £1.1bn. The framework will run until 2025 and will provide Fusion21’s public sector members with access to specialists in a range of workplace and facilities services. TSG will join Lot 6: Building Services (M&E), worth around £250m, to carry out a range of M&E services across the country. Contracts will be awarded through direct award or mini-tender competition. Fusion21 is a procurement organisation and social enterprise that provides access to property, construction and built environment services to organisations operating within the social housing, local authority, education, blue light and health sectors.
On finalising the framework, Fusion21 have added:
“We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto the framework, including TSG Building Services plc. The tender process was highly competitive and the process has identified the best contractors for our members to use.
"A further, real benefit to our members and their communities is the social value delivery that is aligned to organisational priorities and can be monitored and reported against for all call offs.

TSG have been awarded a place on A2Dominion's highly prestigious housing improvement framework. The framework, which will be delivered over a 4 year period, will require contractors to deliver housing repairs and improvement works including fire safety and cladding. Works will include but are not limited to installation, repair, replacement, adaptation and improvement of properties, blocks and commercial units. The framework works will also include structure, external envelope, internal and external areas and components, including any mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems.
The framework has been split into two lots, depending on whether work is architect led or contractor design and build. TSG have been awarded a place on both lots.

TSG have been awarded a place on the CHIC Ltd (Central Housing Investment Consortium) Procurement for All - All Under Roof Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). TSG have been accepted to bid for works as they arise under the following lots: Lot 8: Heating & Gas Lot 11: Electrical and Lot 12: Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. The DPS will be in operation for 5 years.
TSG have been awarded a place on Bedford Borough Council Home Improvement Agency (HIA) Framework for Electrical & heating works over an initial 2 year period. Electrical works to be delivered under the framework include: Periodic Inspections; New Consumer Units. The heating works will include boiler only installs and full central heating installations.

TSG have been awarded a new domestic boiler and heating installation contract with Vale of Aylesbury Housing. The works are being delivered under the Fusion21 framework for domestic installation works. Over the 4 month contract period TSG will deliver works to 160 properties.

Just to say how grateful we are to the young man, who came out today and was very thorough and helpful. We had no heating, hot water for three weeks, but this young man did a fantastic job and made sure we understood everything. He is an asset to your company.
